
STRONGERWITHKM ZOOM CLASSES
During this time at home it is even more imperative that we move and challenge ourselves so we can maintain a healthy mind and body.
STRONGERwithKM ZOOM classes will help you exercise your mental and physical muscles through a combination of HIIT, resistance and cardiovascular training that push you past your comfort zone.
In these 55 min classes, I will take you through a proper warmup, mobility exercises and a killer workout that will leave you feeling stronger and happier!
Class Options:
- Tuesday morning bodyweight classes - runs until end of March
- Thursday evening strength training classes - runs until end of March
- Saturday morning strength training classes - runs until end of March
Equipment needed:
Tuesday morning:
- yoga mat
- booty band
Thursday evening / Saturday morning:
- Mini band/booty band
- Light and heavy dumbbells or household items like water bottles, laundry detergent, etc.

TUESDAY MORNING CLASSES: 8:00AM - Classes will run until end of MARCH
THURSDAY EVENING CLASSES: 6:30PM - Classes will run until end of MARCH SATURDAY MORNING CLASSES: 9:00AM - Classes will run until end of MARCH
